Know Your Care exists to make sure every person in the Bay Area knows what free and low-cost healthcare and community resources are available to them — and exactly how to access them.
How it works
We print pocket brochures distributed through local nonprofits. Each brochure has a QR code that links directly to this site — so help is always one scan away.
